COMPATIBILITY | Our app currently works with the majority of UK GP practices (who use Patient Access from EMIS) and individual practices in Germany. To use this App you’ll need to obtain a special code from your practice.

UK | Contact your GP Surgery reception to ask how to get your Patient Access online login details. During the COVID-19 pandemic, please use your surgery’s preferred contact method.

DE | To get your registration QR code you’ll need to present a valid photo ID at your doctor’s reception.
